As we saw in 2018 with our Rockford Peaches 75th Anniversary Celebration, the Rockford region has huge numbers of fans of this beloved team and the movie that made them famous around the world.
The International Women’s Baseball Center (IWBC) and its League of Their Own 30th Celebration (LOTO30) Committee has chosen July 1st to kick-off this two-day party for Rockford because it will be 30 years to that the movie premiered – July 1, 1992.

Join Major League Baseball and International Women’s Base- ball Center at Historic Beyer Stadium for a FREE introductory baseball/softball event on Saturday, July 2, at 9:30am (check- in opens at 9:00am).
No prior experience or baseball/softball equipment is necessary.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing, and come ready to have fun!

This GoFundMe campaign to raise $25,000 toward a total LOTO30 Celebration goal of $100,000 will go toward restoration of IWBC’s bus currently in storage for an indoor exhibit in IWBC’s future museum.
This bus will always be part of the IWBC permanent collection and serve as a cornerstone of the museum.
